This is a front winch bumper kit for the 98 and newer Rangers.  It is sold in a kit form that needs to be welded together.  It will fit most 8-12k winches.  The T slots on each side are for a hilift jack to slide into to lift the front of the vehicle. Each side has cut outs for two lights.  The inner is for a stem mounted pod style light.  This light can be aimed forward or to the sides.  The outer is for a flush mounted Pod light.  It will shine out towards the sides.  The whole bumper is made of 3/16" plate and has tabs to help with alignment of each piece.  All of the pieces fit in two flat rate shipping boxes.
