Constructed out of 16 gage steel.  The front has holes for mounting 7 Carling style swithces.  There are two cup holders with a 3 1/8" diameter opening to hold most beverages.  Then there is a small open cubby area to sore any misc small items.  Last there is a larger enclosed area that has both a latch to hold the lid closed but can be quickly released to allow easy access to teh contents inside.  Also included is a lock to make it more secured and help stop some smash and grab theifs. Also included is bungee cord strap on each side to hold the seat belt latch from falling between the seats.
